Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
You may return the goods, sufficiently stamped, in the original packaging, if this is reasonably possible. We request that you include a copy of the invoice/packing slip or proof of purchase and the fully completed withdrawal form. You may also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
The return address depends on the product you purchased; after you notify us of your withdrawal, you will receive the return address for your shipment from us.
If you have a question about returning items or withdrawal, please email info@gardenlightsstore.com. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours on working days so that you can return your product(s) smoothly and we can process your return quickly and correctly.
Upon receipt of the goods, your return shipment will be processed. Any refund of the purchase amount will take place as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. If the goods (including original product packaging) are returned damaged, partially consumed, or used, you may be held liable for the reduction in value, and this will be offset against any potential refund.
N.B. Products that are custom-made (cable cut to length) cannot be returned.
