in-lite offers a transformer for every garden and every lighting need. From compact city gardens to large, complex lighting plans. The HUB series includes standard models with light sensors, as well as advanced SMART models controlled via the in-lite app. Below is an overview of each HUB model:

in-lite HUB-50

This is a compact entry-level model, ideal for small-scale setups with a maximum load of 50 VA. Perfect for front gardens, small borders, balconies, or rooftop terraces. It comes equipped with a light sensor that switches lights on at dusk and a timer function for custom schedules. Control is simple via the touch display. Includes 2 cable outputs, controlled simultaneously.

in-lite HUB-100

The HUB-100 is a powerful all-rounder for medium to large gardens. With a maximum output of 100 VA, it offers more capacity for larger lighting plans. Just like the HUB-50, it includes a light sensor, timer function, and intuitive touch display. Includes 2 cable outputs, controlled simultaneously.

in-lite SMART HUB-150

Step into the world of smart lighting with the SMART HUB-150. This 150 VA transformer is fully controlled via the in-lite app, allowing you to personalize your lighting zones and schedules.

in-lite SMART HUB-300

The ultimate powerhouse. The SMART HUB-300 delivers up to 300 VA of capacity, perfect for large gardens or professional projects. Like the HUB-150, it offers full app control and customization.

The SMART HUB-150 and SMART HUB-300 offer more than just basic power. With the free in-lite app (iOS and Android), you can control your entire lighting system from your phone or tablet.

Create Individual Zones

Divide your lighting plan into up to three independent zones. For example, control the driveway lights, terrace lights, and border spots separately. Assign each zone a unique name and schedule.

Advanced Timers and Routines

Unlike standard timers, the SMART HUB app uses a built-in astronomical clock, automatically syncing with your location. That means your lights turn on at sunset and off at your preferred time. Want your front garden to switch off at 11PM, but your back garden to stay lit all weekend? No problem.

Smart Fixture Integration

Pair your SMART HUB with compatible Smart fixtures from in-lite, such as the Smart Scope Tone, Smart Flux Tone, and Smart EVO Flex Tone. These allow you to adjust not only brightness, but also color temperature. Perfect for matching the mood, season, or setting of your garden party. These features require both a SMART HUB and compatible SMART fixtures.

How to choose the right HUB transformer?

Choosing the right HUB is simple if you follow a few steps. The most important factor is ensuring that the transformer's total output (VA) is higher than the combined load of all your fixtures.

Step 1: Calculate Total VA Load

Each in-lite fixture has a power rating (VA), which you’ll find on the product page or packaging. Add together the VA of all fixtures in your lighting plan. Example: 15 spots of 2 VA = total of 30 VA.

Step 2: Select the Appropriate HUB

Choose a HUB model with a capacity above your total load. This ensures stable performance and room to expand your setup in the future.

• Up to 50 VA: Choose the HUB-50

• 50–100 VA: Choose the HUB-100

• 100–150 VA: Choose the SMART HUB-150

Do you have more than 150 VA worth of fixtures? Consider taking a second transformer or contact us to discuss the suitability of the SMART HUB-300

Expert tip: If you’re close to the maximum VA of a transformer, go for the next model up. That gives you room for future expansion without performance loss.

Installing the in-lite HUB transformer

Installing a HUB is straightforward and DIY friendly. Follow these easy steps:

• Mount the HUB on a protected wall or fence near a 230V outdoor socket.

• Connect the 12V cables to the output terminals at the bottom of the transformer.

• Plug it in and set your schedule via the touch display, or pair your SMART HUB with the in-lite app.

Designed for use with the SMART HUB. This sensor adds advanced features through app control:

• Assign to specific zones. When approaching your garden, you can have only the lights of your driveway (zone 1) turn on, while the rest of your ambient lighting (zone 2 and 3) remain undisturbed.

• Customize sensitivity, light levels, and timer duration

• Enable night-only activation
